The claim will be settled by exchanging the product, sending a new one or giving you back your money. If the product is not working, or if it is defective, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will solve your case individually. Please describe the defect in detail in an email or call us. Subsequently, we will inform you about how the claim will be processed.
