Return of Goods

Do you or the gifted person not like the product or he already has one and wants to return it? No problem! You can return your product within 30 days and we will return your money to your bank account.

How to proceed when returning goods?

1. Fill out the Goods Return Form.
2. The product you are returning cannot be damaged or used and must contain complete accessories.
3. Carefully pack the product with the completed form so that they don’t get damaged during transportation.
4. Send the package to our address (the shipment cannot be sent using cash on delivery).
