When will I get the order? | You can find the exact delivery date information in the details of each product (under the button “Add to Cart”). Orders received before 12:00 a.m. on a business day are shipped on the same day and delivered within one business day. This applies to orders, where the chosen payment method was either money on delivery or a payment card. Orders, where the chosen payment method was bank transfer will be shipped only after the payment has been received. |

How should I proceed when claiming goods? | If you have received a damaged product, please inform us immediately by email or by phone. It is sufficient to prove the damage with a picture. The claim will be settled by exchanging the product, sending a new one or giving you back your money. If the product is not working, or if it is defective, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will solve your case individually. Please describe the defect in detail in an email or call us.
